Rewire

Choose a session type and add an optional clinical instruction. Your client will receive a notification before their next session starts.

A short, warm note to your client — no assignment, just a nudge. They’ll see it in the Rewire app and get an email.

This removes this client from your roster and permanently deletes your records for them — clinical notes, assigned homework, and check-ins. This cannot be undone.

The client keeps their own Rewire account and personal session history; they’ll simply no longer be linked to you.

This marks this client’s treatment episode complete. Unlike “Remove Client”, discharge keeps them linked to you:

• They keep full access to their Rewire account and history
• They move to your Discharged list (view-only outcome tracking)
• You can readmit them at any time

Nothing is deleted.

Choose a reflective worksheet for your client. They’ll be notified by email + in-app, and can open it in the Rewire app to write and interact — then share it back with you.
